Stop The Door Ding Madness

One of the most annoying things that can happen to your Toyota Prius is to have some thoughtless person open their door and hit yours. Well, that and when they rub their shopping cart along the side. Short of going ballistic on everyone in earshot, the best thing that you can do is install a set of side body moldings to prevent these accidents from ruining your paint job.

You’re right, you should not have to add side body moldings to your car. People should just pay more attention, but they never will. So, you are left protecting your car.

Side body moldings are custom fit for your car and are easily installed. The hardest thing you will face is making sure they are straight before you stick them on. They are painted to auto specs to make color matching seamless.

You have quite a bit of money invested in your car and probably want to keep it at least until the loan is paid off. Why deal with door dings and anger when side body moldings can prevent both?

Protect Your Investment With A Cargo Liner Mat

There are certain areas of your car that show more wear than others because of heavy use. The most glaring spot is the carpet in the cargo area. You can protect the resale value of your car by installing a cargo liner mat to cover that carpeting.

Carrying cargo is a year round event, but the carpet in the hatch of your car is not weather resistant. Custom fit cargo liner mats are made of a durable all-weather material and can be removed for easy cleaning. Just turn on a garden hose and clean the grime away. You can have the mat cleaned and re-installed in a matter of minutes.

When you are ready to sell your Toyota Prius, or any other car, you can simply remove the cargo liner mat and have the pristine carpeting underneath show. Your car is your investment. Why not protect in every way possible?

Use A Sunroof Deflector To Reduce Noise And Aerodynamic Drag

It is always great to feel the sun on your head, but the noise and wind coming in your sunroof can be a distraction and annoyance. In order to keep your sunroof open and prevent the annoying wind, you only have one option: a sunroof deflector.

Noise reduction is not the only reason to have a sunroof deflector. In today’s fuel efficient market, every measure needs to be taken to maintain high mpg. An open sunroof creates increased aerodynamic drag, thus robbing fuel efficiency. A deflector helps the air to flow smoothly over your car, decreasing that effect.

The main purpose of a sunroof is to allow an open top feeling without owning a convertible. Adding a sunroof deflector will let you enjoy your sun roof without all of the annoying wind, noise, and dust, while helping to maintain your cars’ fuel efficiency.

2010 Prius Suspension Upgrade – Prius Springs & Prius Chassis Stiffener

We have the pleasure of installing some Prius Suspension Upgrades. They include the new Prius Tanabe DF210 lowering springs and Prius Tanabe Sustec front Under Brace.

The DF210 springs offer a 1.3″ drop in front and 1.6″ in the rear and the ride quality is very close to stock. Just a little stiffer.  The Sustec Under Brace also helps the overall feel of the car by stiffening up the front end more and reducing flex in the chassis.

Tanabe Sustec Under Brace-Total Tuning for Chassis. By connecting specific points of the undercarriage of your Toyota Prius, this under brace reinforces the strength and stability of the chassis. 2010 Prius 2 Point Under Brace is often overlooked, but the Prius experiences flexing of the unibody under various handling loads. Twisting of the chassis is also very common.

The Prius under Brace prevents this unwanted behavior by connecting specific points of the undercarriage to reinforce the chassis. Unique internal double-i-beam construction is highly rigid and lightweight, so the chassis may be significantly reinforced without adding surplus weight.

The under brace (especially when used with the strut tower bars) will further improve handling and chassis strength. Excellently constructed with a high quality design and fitment, this under brace was made to fit the 2005-2010 Toyota Prius.

The 2010 Toyota Prius Lowering Springs Sustec allows for the perfect drop for your 2010 Toyota Prius, and creates an ideal balance. These springs will lower your Prius, while increasing handling potential, and maintaining ride comfort.
These 2010 Toyota Prius DF210 Super Lowdown Coil Springs raise your Prius’ spring rate about 10-15% in order to compensate for the shortened amount of suspension travel, without over stiffening the spring rate and therefore improving the ride quality.

The Prius coil springs have an extremely low stance, as well as high quality performance and comfort. These coil springs for your Toyota Prius offer a large drop while still retaining the quality ride characteristics that your Prius is so well known for.
